- leave two reps in the tank
- rest 3 minutes between sets
- use straps if you have them
- advanced may do snatch grip deadlifts
All out!
4-6 sets alternating:
A) max unbroken set of wall balls
B) 25 pulls on the rower for meters
- rest as needed between efforts
